Michael Keaton, Winona Ryder, and Jenna Ortega Reprise Iconic Roles
The official trailer for "Beetlejuice 2" has finally been released, and it's sure to excite fans of the original 1988 classic. Michael Keaton, Winona Ryder, and Jenna Ortega all reprise their iconic roles in the sequel, which is directed by Tim Burton.
The trailer opens with a shot of Lydia Deetz (Ryder) walking through a cemetery, when she suddenly encounters Beetlejuice (Keaton). Beetlejuice is still his usual mischievous self, and he quickly gets Lydia into trouble. The trailer also features a glimpse of Winona Ryder's character, Lydia Deetz, as well as a new character played by Jenna Ortega.
"Beetlejuice 2" is set to be released on June 21, 2023. The film is a follow-up to the original "Beetlejuice," which was a critical and commercial success. The original film starred Michael Keaton as Beetlejuice, a mischievous ghost who is hired by a recently-deceased couple to scare away their new tenants. Winona Ryder played Lydia Deetz, the teenage daughter of the new tenants.
